Please allow 2 working days for your order to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame.
If your artwork is being framed please allow 3 weeks as frames are custom made with love. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this timeframe. Framed works are wrapped by professional art couriers in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival.

Store Pickup – Free of charge
Domestic Australia – Rolled artwork in cylinder: $50
Domestic Australia – Fragile shipping: $150
International Shipping – Rolled print in cylinder ONLY: $120
Returns Policy
All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside. Send images to hello@myartaddress.com and we will replace your work with an identical one or else a commission work should there is any damage happens during transport.
If the artwork doesn’t work out in your living space, we are offering 7 days free return for store credit. Please noted that
- Transport and shipping fees will be at your own cost
- Artwork must be in its original condition
- Grace period is 7 days since the day you receive the artwork
