My Art Address Promise
Our policy is simple – If you don’t love it, return it. At My Art Address we offer a 7 day return policy and where you can return the artwork or exchange for another. The artwork needs to be returned in its original state and we don’t cover return shipping costs. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are also not applicable to commissioned artworks unless you have received notification in writing from the artist, Thanh Lyons.
In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging before opening and the photograph of the damaged art inside.
Also My Art Address does not accept any returns based on ageing artwork.
In the event of needing to send any photos please send them to hello@myartaddress.com.au and any replacement of originals artwork that are damaged during transit will be replaced with a commission piece, since each artwork is unique.
